We transform ideas into scalable businesses through a proven methodology developed by founders, investors, and advisors. Our emphasis on problem/solution fit, traction, and user testing determines the viability of an idea, offering it the best chances of success upon entering the market.
This process is not industry-specific, and individuals/organizations can join at any stage. However, we do require evidence that the prior steps have been taken. It is vital that all steps are followed in the correct order.
Problem validation. Solution validation. Early-stage traction. MVP. Launch & Learn.
Confirm that the identified problem is genuine, significant and aligns with the needs of the target market. Then confirm that a proposed solution effectively addresses the identified and validated problem.
Understand what successful traction looks like and determine what needs to be built to attain that traction.
Then, build it, promote it, and wait.
Create a usable first version of the product by incorporating customer feedback to test its viability, gather user insights, and learn from real-world users.
After creating an MVP, it needs to be road-tested. Launch it in the target market for early user adoption to facilitate testing and iteration. User feedback is critical to ensure that the concept is built the way users want it and to learn if adjustments are necessary.
